Milestone Memoir 2009

Dear Baby Kitten,

We're back in the Master's bedroom and your Uncle Raf just left for the States early in the morning. We had visitors early today in the person of Uncle Jerry, Tita Den, Tita Carla, and Tita Vanessa, who by the way collectively left as your Uncle did.

November 7
We had spaghetti on your monthsary and some fresh fruit salad, which were both prepared by Mamilou. Your Ate Josel came back from her visit home only to tell us her plans to leave us for good by the end of the month. I didn't hesitate letting her go. But she's still here and I guess her plan was simply prompted with her misunderstanding with Mamilou. Let's all hope she stays longer, at least for your sake. :)

November 8
We went to Carmen with Ninang Jai in our plan to leave Mamilou and Ate Josel alone so they can patch up whatever! Now I can her their laughter in the living room from here and I hope that a good sign! Ate's signature giggle that never fails to tickle you! I hope she'll still be around for you to hear it when you've grown up. We played scrabble (Visayan version, which we found to be difficult) and cards with Ninong Vanvan, Ninang Jaijai, Ate Lisa and Ate Inday. You were in the care of noless than Mamala and Papalo. We brought some spaghetti. I am kind of worried for Mamala. She has complained of numbness on the left side of her body, both upper and lower extremities. Had it been pain radiating from the chest towards the left arm, we can suspect Angina pectoris. However, since the symptoms show otherwise, in fact a lot more is involved, I fear that something is terribly wrong in her. I reminded her today to have it checked. She said she'll rely on her pills then meet with her physician on Wednesday. I hope she'll be fine.

November 9
Today, we went out with Ninang Jaijai to check out what wonderful venue we can use for Auntie Sher's bridal shower. We went to Casa Crystalla and found it to be sufficient. Then we went to NOVO, where they sell affordable Taiwanese stuff and Gaisano City to scout for some nice things to giveaway at the party. You got tired. xD
