Dear Baby Kitten,
We went to Carmen today and did nothing but wow them with your antics. It's been a while since we visited after their two-week isolation from public due to influenza-like symptoms - thank God!, it wasn't A(H1N1). Their new impression of you is about your height and weight. When we arrived there, we were surprised by a lazy hammock right in the middle of the living room, which was especially made for you. Lola Kotan sewed the retazo from your Ninong Vanvan's nursing uniform together while Papalo fashioned the supports. You enjoyed the swinging motion, which lulled you to sleep although you showed some hestitation at first. We were all amused when we handed you a banana and a chicken drumstick, both of which, to your great pleasure, sucked on.
On a sadder note, it was yesterday, 0318 Hrs that Corazon Aquino, a great leader - the first female President of Philippines as well as on Asian records, passed away. May the Lord bless and keep her in peace.
