TO: The ANGEL in my Womb
Nothing much happened today except for the conclusion of the Ateneo - La Salle Basketball Championship. Or whatever that's called. You Mamilou, an Atenista, was happy to see the blue colors win over the green earlier tonight. As for your Ninang Jaijai and I, both Capitolians and reds - we couldn't care less who won or lost. Whoever deserves it, right? In fact Ninang joked saying "I should have been there wearing red." which I returned with "My that would bring an early 'Christmas' cheer." HAHAH! Your Ninang and I just have this own bubble of a world where we speak the same language of the mind.
Your Daddy has been busy lately - at least that's what my mind tells me; there are just days he forgets to text. Anyway, I just hope he's getting enough rest.
Your Auntie Sher was ecstatic in her message and discouraged at the same time when she said she called my mobile phone and that I didn't get to pick up. She said it rang and rang, no one picked up and she wasn't even routed to a voicemail. But it's been like that lately; on their part, they may hear the ringing but on our part, we don't see anything. I would be pissed off if I were in her place; feeling the enthusiasm to finally connect after years of being estranged.
But how are you? You haven't been kicking so much lately. Let me know how you are, Mommy is lonely sans the sweet stirring in my womb.
