Dear Baby Kitten,
Mommy is gonna be so busy tonight and I have no plans of sleeping because I have a lot to study for tomorrow's Institutional exams. I even wanted to take a cup - no, a mug of coffee to keep me up through the night but I don't want you to get the caffeine from my breast milk. But here I am reporting to you - I just feel like I haven't spoken to you in a day if I don't get to write. Well, I have just the most amazing story about our encounter yesterday after mass. Wait...I think you just woke up in your baby hammock and I'm here sitting on my "throne" in the bathroom, writing. I gotta stop and check on you.
No, you're fast asleep and according to Mamilou, that's how it's been since 6:30PM (1830Hrs). I'm just worried that you might wake up at 12MN (0000Hrs) and onward. Please! I just really need to study right now!
Anyway, yesterday after mass (and after checking, blessed be the Lord, my ATM had extra credits) I decided to treat Mamilou, Ninang, and Ate Jocel to lunch at KFC as your belated 7th month bash. Since it was lunchtime and everything seemed palatable to you, we gave Gerber Carrots and later on after *gasp* finishing the whole bottle, Mamilou took you on her lap, allowing you sips of Mountain Dew and bits (more bits to your demand) of ice. we toured Limketkai after lunch, strolling like there's no tomorrow. discovering the stall that sells "Funky Feet" (those socks with prints that make you look like you were wearing shoes even when you aren't) and then we ended up in Rusty Lopez. Before that, Mamilou lagged in this Taiwanese stall to buy her tungsten bracelet. I think that's where you literally "leaked" your diaper. But fixing it, I had disregarded it as nothing more than a matter of displacement. Until in Rusty Lopez where we sat down and waited for Mamilou, taking pictures when with my patent nares, I picked up a "funky" scent. When I stood up, I found my pants and "white" blouse to be stained by that "funky" thing. It was your diaper gravy! We had to rush you to the washroom, which took a hundred years to get to (lol) so wecould change your diapers. Mamala was amused when I told them about it. Wait till Daddy hears about it!
Love, Mamimeow
